These Terms and conditions are between Spare Parts Company LLC, 4613N University Drive - Unit 170 - Coral Springs, FL 33067 - hereinafter " Spare Parts Company LLC" and those desiring to make a purchase through the websites of Spare Parts Company LLC, hereinafter referred to as "client".
The persons involved agree that these conditions of sale which are applicable at the time of purchase and solely rule their relationship. If the client registers to make a purchase on a Spare Parts Company LLC website, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. DISPATCH– FREIGHT AND DELIVERY

The shipping costs and conditions of orders to be dispatched to any allowable countries will be determined by the information provided by the client in the delivery section of the shopping cart. The client will be provided with information regarding the shipping/expediting companies, along with their terms and rates.

Delivery time:
The displayed expected delivery time is determined based on the average shipping time provided by the shipping company and in accordance with common shipping delays for the product in question.
We are not responsible for any delays due to the carrier after we have shipped the order, but our customer service representatives are available to assist you with any issues regarding your order.

All shipments may be subject to import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs and VAT) which are set by the destination country or location.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES

The client account will be charged for the purchased items. RATES

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION / RETURNS / EXCHANGE

All products can be switched or reimbursed except for those clearly established elseways

- Returns :
All item returned will be issued an Return Material Authorization (RMA) after advising the company

The client accepts to send back the package in its original packaging. The product must be in its original form and in original condition. Items related to personal individuals and having been used with no protection and with noticeable indications of use will be sent back to the buyer at his cost and cannot be returned.
- Exchange :
The exchange of product must be requested within 7 days from reception or removal of the parcel. If the new item has a higher price/cost , the client agrees pay the difference up front -prior to

On the other hand, if the amount of the exchange is less than the original amount, the client will promptly be issued a credit as an electronic code (usable on the website https://www.a-accessories.com owned by Spare Parts Company LLC) as a reimbursement of the difference.
