Guide to Asus-accessories.com
Whether this is your first time visiting our site (welcome!) or you’re a returning customer, this guide will help you optimize your time here. We are proud to offer a vast selection of certified ASUS computer, phone, and tablet parts, as well as corresponding accessories. Since we offer such a wide range of products, it's easy to get a little lost in all the choices, but this guide is here to help!
Let’s start with the homepage. If you are looking for a particular part or you would like to see all the accessories and parts we offer for your exact device, you can enter it in our search engine located on the left side of the homepage. Our search engine features a configurator to help you find your device; to see detailed instructions on how to use the configurator, check out this tutorial here. Or, you can simply enter the serial number of your device. To learn how to locate your serial number, take a look at this guide.
To browse through different categories of products, hover your cursor over the “All our products” tab to reveal a drop down menu. From here, you can choose “Replacement parts”, “Accessories”, “ROG”, or “Screen”. If you would like to view all our protective cases and bags for example, hover over “Accessories” to display a list of categories. From there, simply click “Cases, Backpacks”. When you click on a product you are interested in, you will be able to view the item’s description and details, as well as exactly what device it is compatible with. To view the item in more detail, simply click on it's image to enlarge it.
If at any point in your search you require assistance from our expert team, you can click the “Contact Us” link located in the horizontal menu bar at the top of the site. Here, you can send a message to either our commercial or technical team and we will get back with you as soon as possible. Whether your question is regarding part compatibility, repairs, delivery, your account, or availability, we are happy to help. If you have a more general inquiry, we also offer an FAQ page that can answer many common questions about the site. It is located under the “Help” tab at the top of the page.
Also located in the horizontal menu bar at the top of the screen is the “News” tab. Here you will discover a new article each week on subjects ranging from the latest Asus ROG products to repair tutorials, gaming trends and entertainment!
