The first thing we notice was the how well ASUS greets its visitors. Everything is done to make visitors feel at home, in a cozy and youthful atmosphere.
Throughout our visit we were able to discover the latest innovations from the Taiwanese manufacturer such as the TUF Gaming A15 and F15 which we talked about in our previous article.
We discovered the ROG Swift PG32UQX a 4K HDR 32-inch gaming monitor. This VESA DisplayHDR 1400 certified display produces cutting-edge HDR content with its full array backlight with local dimming.
If the combination of 4K resolution and HDR visuals is not powerful enough to impress you, perhaps a variable refresh rates of up to 144 Hz and 10-bit color over the entire refresh rate range should convince you.
We also discovered the Tinker Edge R mini PC card
The Tinker Edge R is a single board computer (SBC) specially designed for AI applications. It includes the Google Edge TPU, a machine learning accelerator (ML) that accelerates processing efficiency, reduces energy demands and facilitates the creation of connected devices and smart applications.
With this integrated ML accelerator, the Tinker Edge R is capable of performing four tera-operations per second (TOPS) using only 0.5 watts per unit of calculation. It is also optimized for TensorFlow Lite models, making it easy to compile and run common ML models.
And then it was time to discover the different cards (motherboards, graphics ...)
And right there before us was the ROG Zenith II Extreme card, which is intended for users who want to keep full control of the settings and functionality of their motherboard.
Its technical characteristics allow it to exploit the full potential of the new 3rd generation Ryzen processors, while ensuring efficient cooling.
Its bandwidth allows you to connect up to 33 different devices simultaneously, while each PCIe x 16 and M.2 slot is directly connected to PCIe® 4.0 so you can get a new graphics card or a new generation NVMe drive without fear of a thermal slowdown.
The ROG Strix Arion is an enclosure that can accommodate an M.2 PCIe NVM Express® SSD in the format 2230/2242/2260/2280.
It has a USB-C ™ 3.2 Gen 2 port which provides data transfer speeds of up to 10 Gb / s. Its aluminum coating has thermal protections that improve heat dissipation.
In addition, it bears the trademark logo and ASUS Aura Sync enabled lighting and can be easily attached to the backpack using an R shaped carabiner.
The ROG Strix Arion represents a storage solution that is both efficient and mobile.
As for gaming accessories Asus has unveiled a new Strix Scope TKL Deluxe keyboard, ROG Chakram mouse, Strix Impact II Wireless, ROG Pugio II and the Strix Go 2.4 headset ...
Not to worry, we will review these later…
