Asus Accessories is constantly improving our site based on feedback from our customers. The past few months, we have taken the top questions we receive and completely reformatted our FAQ page to reflect the information you want to know!

What kinds of information do you have available?


Whether you would like to know what countries we ship to, what the status of your order is, or even tech questions like how to store additional RAM on your Asus laptop, you can find the answers on our updated FAQ page. This page is organized into categories like shipping, general site info, orders and returns, etc to help you quickly find the information you need. Additionally, we are constantly re-evaluating the page to account for new queries we receive. By compiling all the information we can in one easy-to-access page, we make it simple for our customers to make informed choices on our site. Below, we will go over each category of questions and what kind of information that section contains.

This category features questions related to the Asus Accessories website itself. Here you can find out what our website sells, how you can contact us, and overall how to use our site the most effectively. Often, customers send us messages asking where we are located. This question is answered in the general site info category, and the answer is this: We are a completely online shop with no physical storefront. Our headquarters are in Florida. Part Compatibility and Availability

This popular section includes information to help ensure the part you have selected matches your device. It also goes over how to know if a part is available and when it will be restocked. A popular question from this category is, “I can't find the part I need. Are all of the parts you sell listed?” Interestingly, although yes, all of our available parts are listed, we can get any part still being manufactured for your ASUS device. The PARTS REQUEST FORM will appear when a part you search for is not listed on the site. Simply fill out this form and we will let you know if we can order the part you need.

Orders and Returns

If you are curious about our return policy, special orders, or order tracking, this is the place to find answers. If you would like to return your order for any reason, we encourage you to reach out to us and we will quickly help you resolve any issues.

Shipping

In the shipping category you can discover all you need to know about the delivery of your Asus part or accessory. For example, perhaps you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address? Not to worry, you can simply log in to your account using the same email address (user name) and password as you used for the order and edit the delivery address. (Please note that if the package has shipped we cannot intervene until it is returned to us.)

What if my question is not answered on the FAQ page?

If you have a specific question that is not answered by our FAQ page, please do not hesitate to pass your question along to our expert team who will be happy to help you out! If your question is regarding a particular device, include the serial number of your device in your message. If you are not sure what your laptop's serial number is, for example, you can usually locate it on the sticker on the bottom of your laptop. For detailed instructions on how to locate your serial number, check out this helpful guide. A common inquiry we receive is if a device is compatible with a certain part, for example: “Is the matte 15.6" slim EDP LCD panel compatible with my laptop?” In this case, we can take the serial number of your laptop and compare it with our Asus database to guarantee an exact match. Without the serial number of your specific device, we cannot guarantee compatibility. We really appreciate all the feedback we receive from our clients and do our best to continually update our site.
