What are the advantages of registering your hardware on our site?
For a few months, in order to facilitate your search for parts, you have the possibility of registering your machine on our site.
It is sometimes difficult to find the part to replace on your laptop, there are often differences in compatibility between models.
To remedy this, we have developed the "My hardware" interface so that you can enter the serial number of your machine in order to guarantee 100% compatibility between your computer and the spare parts.
By entering the serial number of your Asus PC, our team will be able to give you a complete and detailed list of all the spare parts 100% compatible with your machine: you will have access to all the official Asus spare parts compatible with your hardware.
This is not a registration of your machine with Asus: our "My Hardware" system simply makes it possible to draw up a complete list of all the spare parts available for your device, allowing you to know which part to order without you worry about compatibility.
How does it work?
When you are logged into your customer account, a new section "My equipment" is accessible.
You have access to the "My equipment" page on your customer account.
All you have to do is enter the serial number (SN) of your machine in the SN field (most of the time, the SN consists of a sequence of 15 characters (letters and numbers) and it begins with a letter).

In parallel, you can also go to the Asus site to register your device in their database, in order to facilitate warranty support, driver downloads, and more.
Once your SN has been entered, a request is launched on our search tool.
The search is being processed and the parts list for your computer will be available on your "My Hardware" page within approximately 24 business hours.
Once the process is complete, you will have access to all the parts that make up your machine. You will then see the spare parts in stock ready to be shipped, as well as the spare parts available on order (the time to order from Asus varies between 2 and 4 weeks for receipt of the part).
Your machine is now registered in your customer account!
You can return to this list of official Asus spare parts at any time.
